El pelotero cubano Andy Pacheco falleció en un accidente de tránsito ocurrido cerca de la medianoche del jueves en la carretera Jubey, en el cruce hacia Boca Chica.

El cuerpo de bomberos de Boca Chica confirmó a LISTÍN DIARIO que cuando las unidades de emergencia llegaron al lugar del choque ya Pacheco había fallecido.

Informó que Pacheco estaba sentado en la parte trasera del vehículo, justamente detrás del conductor, y que también iba acompañado de una mujer no identificada.

Los acompañantes sufrieron heridas leves y fueron trasladados a un centro de salud.
